Construction Safety Manager

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Muskogee, OK (on-site)

ARB Safe Solutions is hiring a Construction Safety Manager to lead the project safety program on a construction project in Muskogee, Oklahoma. You’ll own site safety day to day, supervise safety staff, and work closely with project leadership and trade partners to keep the job incident-free.

Responsibilities:

• Run and continuously improve the project safety program

• Lead and develop direct-report safety personnel

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations

• Deliver orientations, toolbox talks, and safety training

• Partner with trade contractors on pre-task planning and hazard controls

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of full-time construction safety experience

• OSHA 510

• CHST or CSP

• Proven experience running project safety programs with direct reports

Preferred:

• General contractor experience

• Data center or mission-critical construction experience
