Site EHS Lead

Join Amazon’s mission to become Earth’s safest place to work! We’re hiring a Site EHS Lead to own the Workplace Health & Safety program at our Oklahoma City facility.

In this role, you’ll be the site’s safety champion — leading Global WHS Program implementation, conducting risk assessments, driving compliance, analyzing incident trends, and partnering with Operations leadership to build a world-class safety culture.

What You’ll Do: • Lead safety compliance efforts, site audits, and incident trend analysis • Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities • Transform safety data into actionable insights and preventive measures • Build strategic partnerships with Operations to integrate safety into every aspect of the business • Develop leadership plans, communicate expectations, and drive continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience • 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations • 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management

Preferred Qualifications: • Distribution Center or Manufacturing EHS experience (250+ employees) • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) • Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement • Master’s degree
